Having worked as a Christmas Booking Agent for a number of years, Meji Media were not satisfied with the level of service and entertainment many venues and companies were offering to our valued clientele.
We felt that many of our business clients were not experiencing the value for money Christmas party events that they and their employees deserved after a year of hard work. Therefore, in 2011 we decided to host our very own Moonlight and Mistletoe Christmas Party events. Meji Media hired an impressive venue for the entire Christmas party season that could cater for up to 650 guests on one night. We compiled comprehensive Christmas packages and hosted our own shared and exclusive events. We wanted to offer fantastic entertainment and catering for Christmas Parties, whilst also providing value for money. As well as a variety of cuisine, we arranged spectacular entertainment including dancers, live bands, casino tables, magicians, fire eaters, stilt walkers, DJ's and much more.
For an extensive project of this nature, we needed to get our budgeting accurate. There was a huge risk that we would not gain a return on our investment if our events were not marketed in the correct manner. We planned extensively to ensure we targeted the right businesses. Our promotional material was exceptional, which ensured we attracted the clientele we needed. All aspects of the event from entertainment, timings, catering to cloakroom facilities were planned to the finest of detail to ensure our clients enjoyed an extremely well organised, entertaining and value for money Christmas party! The success of the events has led to Meji Media being able to continue these events in forthcoming years and grow a brand that we plan to take nationwide
