Event Objective

The 2008 financial crisis led to an inevitable reduction in costly incentive and rewards trips for many companies. Meji Media therefore developed a more cost effective solution for rewarding employees via incentive trips.

Our Role

We introduced shared incentives which meant that companies with a lower budget could send their employees on a shared experience. Specific groups were still able to participate in their own activities. Eurostar tickets at supplier group rates were purchased on specific dates, along with rooms at the Marriott Hotel. We were able to offer these tickets at a significant discount.


Shared group incentive trips became a preferred way in which many companies chose to offer incentives and rewards. Organisations were still able to reap the rewards of better employee performance and employees experienced an enjoyable and valued weekend in Paris, which helped motivate them to work harder for their employer.
